Will be responsible for the daytime crisis coverage for assigned counties from 8 to 5, five days each week. On-call after-hours coverage may be possible. Will serve as a crisis back-up if needed, will provide crisis support services for clients in Service Package 0 for assigned counties and will provide services to post SMHF discharged clients for up to 30 days if needed. Responsible for providing services to clients as directed by the program manager to assist case manager in delivering all prescribed rehab services. They will complete paperwork and data entry on the computer system in a timely manner. Requires computer and writing skills, self-directed performance. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s license and a driving record that is acceptable for insurability through the Centers insurance.
Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral, or human services. Prefer one year experience in the human service field but this is not mandatory. Applicants must live within 70-mile radius of duty site
